Preparing for Your Journey

Come as you are. But honor where you’re going.

Why Preparation Matters

Plant medicine and Thai healing practices open powerful energetic channels. Your preparation shapes the depth and safety of your transformation. Treat this time as a sacred beginning.

Mental & Emotional Preparation

Tending to your inner world before ceremony helps you arrive with clarity, openness, and resilience.

Journal Your Intentions

What are you seeking to heal, release, or understand? Write it down. Intention anchors the journey.

Release Expectations

The medicine works in mysterious ways. Stay open to what unfolds, even if it looks different than imagined.

Avoid Stimulation

Limit time on social media, fast-paced media, and emotionally triggering content. Create space for inward stillness.

Support Systems

If possible, engage in therapy, spiritual mentorship, or breathwork beforehand to begin opening pathways of awareness.
